In case of new unopened package

At Grownex Store, we accept only exchanges within 2 days of receiving the product only in the case of wrong product delivered. We don't offer refund right now, For any inconvenience ; A discount voucher will be created that you can apply to your next purchase.

To process the exchange or return, you must follow these steps:

Describe the reason for return, and select your preferred refund method. Please note that the discount voucher reimbursement will be made immediately upon receipt of the merchandise and the refund on the account can take up to 14 days to be made.

Additional Return Terms
Reverse Shipping Charges: If a parcel is returned to us due to customer refusal to accept the order, incorrect address, or any other reason not caused by us, additional reverse shipping charges will apply. These charges will be as follows:

₹150/- within Jaipur

₹250/- outside Jaipur

COD Refund Policy: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped, even if the parcel is returned. Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs under any circumstances after dispatch.
